Eye


Having healthy and beautiful eye, functioning as optimal as possible, surely become craving each and everyone. So, become eye have problem, though only a little problem, otherwise is immediately overcome, will bother our activity. Many our which can matter do to realize healthy eye.
1. Experience healthy life style, for example with consuming well-balanced nutritious food.
2. Multiply to consume rich vegetable and fruits of vitamin of A.
3. When have activity in outside room (outdoor) protect eye by wearing eyeglasses.
4. When you work with computer, ascertaining its monitor screen have used glass of filter to eliminate from computer radiation.
5. Taking a rest eye after working 30 minute in front of computer .
6. Eye do not run dry, often wink and once in a while transfer sight out room .
7. Use lighting which enough at the time of working or reading in room
8. Avoid cigarette smoke.
9. Dust can make you red eye, tired and dry eye, use drug dropp eye.
10. Lessen hour watching television duration.
11. Check health of eye, minimum 6 month once.
12. Most importantly is often squeeze eye, don't too hard so that circulation of blood around fluent eye.
